A few simple policies so planning stays stress-free for you and your group.
Guest count
Bridal Glow Parties require at least 4 guests and fit up to 10, including the bride. Guests can be added with at least 24 hours' notice, based on availability.
Deposit & changes
A $150 deposit holds your private party and is applied to your total. The remaining balance is paid in person at your party.
Canceling or rescheduling within 7 days of your party forfeits your deposit, and a new deposit is due to rebook. Exceptions for illness or emergencies are at our discretion.

How does the Bridal Glow Party work?
The bride books online, choosing any professional, then Bridal Glow Party, then the option that matches her group size. A deposit holds your date.
Every guest receives an individual consultation and customized spray tan from one of our two artists while your group enjoys mocktails, snacks, and music in your private lounge.
Does the party have to be during wedding week?
Not at all. A Bridal Glow Party is perfect for wedding week, a bachelorette celebration, a bridal shower, or any pre-wedding get-together. Just be sure to allow enough time after your party for everyone's color to fully develop before the big event.
Who can join my party?
Anyone you'd like. Bridesmaids, moms, aunts, friends, and special guests are all welcome.
How do my guests get booked?
You only need to book the party. Send us each guest's full name and phone number, and we'll book everyone in. We then send each guest her prep instructions so she can complete her form and consent ahead of time.
Can I add a guest after I book?
Yes. Guests can be added with at least 24 hours' notice, based on availability, up to 10 guests including the bride.
Can I book any day and time?
