When can I expect to receive my order?

There are two parts to shipping: 1) the amount of time it takes us to process and package your order, and 2) the time in transit to you by the carrier.  

Processing Time:  Most orders are process and shipped within 3 business days, with many orders shipping same or next business day.

Carrier Transit Times - We have no control over how long your package takes to get to you once the carrier has it. Usually it takes 2-4 days (sometimes less, sometimes more) for transit by the shipping carrier for USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.  Some times during the year it can take longer.

USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express - cost is determined by carrier base on package size and weight.  Express mail guarantees faster delivery as determined by USPS.

UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air - cost is determined by carrier.  Choose these options if your package MUST be shipped by a specific carrier or you would like faster transit time. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air guarantee faster delivery as determined by UPS

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt to mary@bronzeandbeyondmn.com

What shipping carriers do you use?

We usually ship via USPS Mail or UPS, whichever is least expensive.  We check every package to find the least expensive method. We choose the least expensive carrier for economy shipping, and economy shipping is most often shipped USPS Ground Advantage.  Other options are available at an additional charge.

The tracking information says my package was delivered but I don't have it.  What do I do?

Here’s a couple of things you can check:

  1. Check your order confirmation and make sure that the address you requested we ship it to is correct. 
  2. Check all locations where it may have been delivered:  front door, back door, mailbox, etc, ask your local carrier where it was delivered. 
  3. Check with other family members, or neighbors or others in your unit/building to see if it’s been picked up by someone else and set aside.
  4. Contact your local post office or UPS to confirm that it was actually delivered to the correct address. They have GPS scanners that can tell exactly where it was delivered.
  5. If the package was sent by US Postal Service, you can initiate a search here:  https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
  6. If the package was UPS, please contact us at sales@scrubmegood.com to initiate a search for you package.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address, or stolen or damaged packages. We do not replace packages that are marked as delivered by the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any other delivery company. However, we are happy to provide you with information about your shipment that will help you file a missing package claim.

My order totals the amount needed for free shipping, why isn't shipping my free?

Free shipping is calculated after any discounts.  For example, if your order total is $50 and your discount is $5, then your after discount total is $45.  If free shipping is offered at $50, then add more items to the cart to reach $50 after your discount.
